The purpose of Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas is four-fold:
To serve as an advocacy organization organized to promote and encourage the use of the bicycle and other alternative bicycle compatible means of recreation and transportation
To encourage the development and utilization of facilities for bicycling and other bicycle compatible recreational and transportation uses
To provide information in the interest of bicycle safety
And to espouse and uphold the rights of bicyclists and other users of alternative means of bicycle compatible recreation and transportation.
